Student Internships


The Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California is dedicated to supporting students build their skills and gain experience in the workplace.  As a member of our team you will benefit from ongoing training, the opportunity to participate in managing programs, supporting administration, event planning, and fundraising.

We believe in maximizing the potential of each student and helping them to build an internship that supports their vocational goals.  The EFNC offers a unique opportunity for interns to participate in developing their internship to ensure that they are developing skills and will work with staff to identify additional tasks that will help build their resume and explore their career objectives.

We are currently seeking a “Program Planning and Development” intern.  

General Requirements:

  • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
  • Complete background check.
  • Minimum six-month commitment
  • Undergraduate or Graduate level education
  • Ability to work occasional weekend days to support important annual events.

 

In 2017 there may be opportunities for an “Administrative and Organizational” internship and “Grant Writing and Community Outreach” internship.
