Starting Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 2pm we will be conducting weekly virtual Seizure Recognition and First Aid Trainings. Classes will kick-off weekly at 2pm on Tuesdays. If that date/time does not work please reach out to request a different time. The training will be through Zoom and will be shared on Social Media. Following each training the participants can email sfa@epilepsynorcal.org to set up an individual meeting if they would like to be a Seizure First Aid trainer and train others in the community.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California offers free Seizure First Aid Training within the community. Our presentation topics include Epilepsy 101, identification of seizures types, and basic first aid tactics.
